Examples of Client Work
The following are examples of featured development projects with links to the original design mockup and the resulting HTML pages.
In many cases, we'll receive a proposed design mockup from the client and we'll be asked to create a Web site based on the design – from two or three template pages to full site development with all text content and images. We're happy to assist with as much, or as little, help our clients require. |

Giebink Design |
Scope: |
- Home and secondary page templates
- Animated Flash slide show
- Setup RSS feed news blocks
- Random Flickr image on interior pages
|
Notes: |
This was a fun design to work on. Lots of great looking photos.
We had an design issue with the overlapping of clickable buttons and the rotating images in the Flash slide show. We solved this by changing the "1000 Reasons Why" buttons from a transparent background to a solid color. |

Minnesota's Recipe for Success
Client: |
Alliance for a Better Minnesota |
Agency: |
Tipping Point Strategies |
Design: |
Giebink Design |
Scope: |
- Home and secondary page templates
- Animated Flash slide show
- Setup RSS feed news blocks
|
Notes: |
One of the most challenging designs I've worked on. The angled outside border made it really difficult to expand in length as the page content grew. Came up with a nice solution as shown on the interior page.
The transparency of the outside border was also tough. You'll notice as the width of the browser window changes, you can see the background images through the two outside border lines. |

One word: Gradients. This site had gradients in everything - outside boxes, inside boxes, images. It takes some work to build the gradient boxes so they can stretch properly to allow for longer content. |

Client: |
Trench'N Edge |
Agency: |
Tipping Point Strategies |
Design: |
Black Horse Productions |
Scope: |
- Full site development
- Animated Flash slide show
- Integrate video clips
|
Notes: |
I really liked the look of this design. Big text and images that pop off the page. The home page trencher image had to be cut into strips to fit within the table structure. Thankfully average connection speeds are fast, so you probably won't notice it build from multiple files. |

Notes: |
The design called for each product line to have its own color scheme. I ended up using multiple style sheets all referencing the same class names. When setup properly, it was easy to switch styles, images, and colors. |
